How do we work? 

 

Your journey with us starts as a phone call or message to one of the team; you will reach either John or Tracy -  we are Lawgrove Energy and we have hands on experience with all aspects of the job so we will be able to answer any of your questions quickly. We are RECC members, meaning we adhere to a consumer code and therefore provide a customer focused service when it comes to Solar PV Battery Storage.

 

• It begins with phone consultation, followed by a free site survey.
   

• After your survey, we will provide you with a 'Proposal Pack' - this contains information explaining the proposed design, performance and costs (including savings) for your installation. We then leave you to think things over and decide if you want to go ahead. We are proud to say we never apply pressure to proceed or chase you for a response like some businesses do. We respect your privacy and decision, and our contractual process proves that!

 

• Our contracts come with a 14 day cooling off period once signed. You'll also be advised on install date and any payment terms.
   

• Next is the physical install. Each one is different but a typical install will take around 5 days to complete and includes full system testing prior to commissioning. We also 'bird proof' every one of our solar panel installations.
   

• Lastly, we provide you with a 'Handover Pack' which includes all your documentation, warranty details, building control notifications and your MCS Certificate - this is a sign of quality and is needed by homeowners to claim future SEG payments from their energy providers.
  
  Important stuff - we are MCS Certified and will only use MCS certified products.
  We are approved installers of Myenergi, GivEnergy, FOX ESS systems. All of these are great and controlled by an app on your mobile phone or tablet; giving you ultimate control, as well as the ability to choose when you capture energy from the grid - helping you to make the best use of energy tariffs and sav you money! 
  We trust these systems and in our opinion they are a superb choice for the everyday household.
